Ordering & Sizing
Purchasing
Please email orders@flirtvintage.com if you have any queries regarding your order and we will reply to you right away. We’ll only use the details provided by you to fulfil your order and we will contact you by email or telephone if we need to contact you about it.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order online using Paypal (even if you do not hold an account with them), with all major credit or debit cards. For payment by cheque or postal order, please email orders@flirtvinage.com stating your chosen items and delivery address. Subject to availability you will receive confirmation by email with the full payment details. Your ordered items will be reserved for 7 days from the date of your order confirmation.
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days at the latest and usually within 1 or 2 days. Flirt Vintage is an eco-friendly company. As part of this policy we will confirm despatched orders by email and package items using recycled materials. For delivery in the UK items will be sent 1st class or by parcel post, depending on weight and value. International parcels will be sent by airmail. If you have any special requests such as urgent delivery, extra tracking or compensation for international orders please let us know when ordering and we will provide these wherever possible at extra cost. Please note Flirt Vintage cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, either in the UK or overseas locations. Unfortunately we have to charge postage for redelivery of uncollected items.

Delivery prices and destinations
Standard delivery cost per order in the UK is £3.50. European and worldwide postage prices are as follows:
Europe

Condition of Items
We have tried to make your shopping experience with us as simple as possible so we have broken down the condition of all our items into three catorgories. Premium - These items have never been worn and are in the best condition possible. Excellent - These items have had little wear or there might be a slight fault. Loved - As the name describes, these items have been worn before but are still in very good condition as they have been loved by their previous owners.
Sizing
Vintage clothing sizes can differ greatly from the standard sizes of today, so we’ve provided the measurements of each item. The easiest way to tell how an item will fit is to compare the measurements with those of an item of clothing that fits you well. Measurements are taken from the outside of the item, with the garment laid flat. Always allow approximately one inch extra on your actual measurements to ensure you can move around and breathe inside the clothing.

Returns
We at Flirt Vintage hope you will love your purchases from us, but if you wish to return any items please email us at returns@flirtvintage.com and send them back to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately we can’t refund items that have been lost on their way back to us, so we recommend you return items using a traceable or insured method such as recorded delivery, or obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office. Goods are returned at your own cost, together with packaging, tags and stickers.
Returned goods must be returned in their original condition as despatched from Flirt Vintage. We will confirm refunds by email once good have been returned. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt at Flirt Vintage and usually within 72 hours. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage charges for despatch or return, but we do offer refunds, exchanges or credit. We reserve the right to refuse to give refunds, exchanges or credit on damaged or worn items. Please send returns to:
